Tunisian delegation visits Nuremberg and Munich

A delegation of representatives of the Tunisian vocational education and training system as well as private companies visited Nuremberg and Munich between 11 and 16 March. The delegation trip was realized within the framework of the current Vocational Education and Training Partnership Programme (BBP), which bbw is currently running in Tunisia. The group included participants from the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, the Tunisian Agency for Vocational Training and the Tunisian Confederation of Industry. 

The aim of the delegation trip was to give the participants a deeper insight into the German dual training system. A special focus was placed on the topics of "quality management in training" and "structures of examinations".

During their stay, the group visited the regional management of the Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Munich and two private companies which presented their training workshops. In addition, a one-and-a-half day training course on the topic of competence assessment and career orientation was held by bfz experts in Nuremberg.

The experiences and findings of the delegation trip shall serve as practical examples for strengthening vocational education and training in Tunisia.
