Skilled Migration
Our network
OUR NETWORK, OUR STRENGTH
Skilled labour migration is a complex process that works best in cooperation with competent partners. That is why we at the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft have built up a strong network right from the start: from cooperation agreements with education and diaspora ministries to discussion rounds with consular departments of German embassies, to language schools and advice centres in the countries of origin (e.g. AHK, Centres for Migration and Development).
In Germany, we are in contact with recognition authorities and are ourselves providers of further training. This enables us to recognise challenges at an early stage, utilise synergies and create reliable framework conditions for the sustainable recruitment of skilled workers.
We are particularly focussed on
We offer you clear expectation management, open communication and a digital process.
We share a common goal with our partners: to facilitate sustainable, transparent and fair skilled labour migration to Germany.
We support the economic, social and cultural integration of skilled professionals. On request, we advise companies on the topic of ‘circular migration’.
STRONG TOGETHER
Successful skilled labour migration only works with the right partners:
Our strong national and international network provides access to valuable resources and information. This enables us to ensure the successful, sustainable migration of skilled workers and trainees to Germany.
International
On the ground in the partner countries, we work with stakeholders from
- Ministries: e.g. cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Diaspora in Kenya
- International cooperation: e.g. cooperation agreements with GIZ Tunisia, AHK India, AHK Morocco
- Educational institutions and universities: e.g. Technical University (Kenya), Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (Kenya), ATTC College of the Menschen für Menschen Foundation (Ethiopia)
- Language schools: German Institute Baringo (Kenya), AdC4 Transitions (Tunisia)
- German embassies
The list of our cooperation partners and countries is constantly growing.
In Germany
In Germany, we build on our in-house expertise in the areas of training and further education, as well as language and integration support. This enables us to provide holistic support for skilled workers, trainees and companies to help them get off to a successful start together. We are also in dialogue with employers' associations and political players, regularly take part in specialist conferences and are represented at German business events. We also maintain contacts with migrant organisations and cultural associations.
