Tailored training for teaching with a future–oriented focus

Together with four European partners from Germany, North Macedonia, Cyprus and Romania, bbw worked on the creation of a handbook and training modules.

This collaboration strengthened vocational education and training and promoted the exchange of best practices across national borders. The aim was to develop innovative learning methods and improve vocational education and training in Europe.

Succeed with the iLEAP Coach

The participating project partners are seated at U-shaped tables, engaging in a discussion.

Disadvantaged young people often face social and personal challenges that hinder their motivation and focus. This project tackles these obstacles by fostering sustainable learning motivation and guiding young people toward successful qualifications.

The programme focuses on vocational school teachers and company trainers, equipping them with essential social and methodological skills through iLEAP coach training. This training enables them to provide the best possible support to their students.

The iLEAP coach training is available online for free to educators across Europe.
