Successful partnership for better training

A group of people are standing in front of an entrance to a building in three rows. The people have green bags and are laughing.

The project focuses on providing targeted training for teachers at TVET colleges to enable them to deliver practical mechatronics training.

The training courses are based on individually tailored curricula that incorporate both the content of the curriculum and the specific learning needs of the teachers. Close cooperation with local companies strengthens the practical implementation and further expands the connection between educational institutions and industry.

Sustainable vocational training for the future

A group of people are sitting in a semi-circle in a seminar room and one person is presenting standing up.

The training is planned in close cooperation with the industry. The key results are the joint development of practice-oriented teaching and learning materials that meet the requirements of the labour market.

The close networking of TVET colleges and companies not only improves the quality of training but also promotes the direct transition of graduates into employment.
