Training from Experts of bfz Western-Central Franconia within the DTHWS Project

Within the frame of the German-Tunisian Craft School Project (DTHWS), a training concerning „areas and situations of learning“ took place in Sousse from 20 September until 22 September.

The project is being realised through the international department of bbw (bbw IB) and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The training has been realised by colleagues of the bfz site of Western-Central Franconia. 24 trainers from six partner centers were present in order to get to know the latest methods for realising a partial qualification and talk about these concepts. After the presentation of pedagogical and methodical basics of demand-oriented learning on the first day, the trainers were able to work practically on the second and third day of the training. This included the development of education situations as projects for their vocational students.

Additionally, bbw IB organised an exchange of information with the Tunisian project partners and Thomas Kurz, in charge of coordinating the further education at bfz concerning the partial qualifications. Topic of the meeting was the current structure and further development of partial qualifications in Germany in detail. Furthermore, Thomas Kurz and PhD Chokri Guellali, Head of Tunisian Office of bbw, were answering the questions of the Tunisian partners.
