Second visit of bbw project manager Angie Dröber to Honduras in the new VET Partnership Project Honduras, which started on 1 July 2023 with a duration of 3 years in the first phase.

From 9 - 16 May 2023, experts from the agricultural sector and food processing from Tanzania and Uganda visited Bavaria for one week. bbw organised and implemented the trip with financial support from the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and accompanied the group on their journey through Bavaria to the various companies and institutions.

Together with all partners of the iLEAP Coach project, the first transnational meeting took place form February 7 until Febriary 10 at Brasov, Romania. During the meeting, deputies of bbw international had the possibility of gathering some impressions concering the Scoala Profesionala Germana Kronstadt and Schaeffler Romania, the fellow institution of the project.

During the 16-month small-scale measure, following a needs analysis, a total of 5 training sessions were held by German trainers for teachers and instructors, a digital handout was developed, two networking events were held, and marketing materials were developed. A total of 45 people were trained during the training sessions.

As part of the project "Pro Ensino Híbrido" - Promotion of Blended Learning in Vocational Training in Mozambique, the International Department of bbw gGmbH, in cooperation with sequa, initiated the digitisation of 12 modules with a total of 83 teaching units for the two training courses Ship and Cargo Agents and Port Operators at the Instituto Nautico e Portuário in Beira, Mozambique.
