Two days online training in using handouts and schedule folder for Tunisian vocational teachers

On April 8th and 9th, a two days online workshop was held for Tunisian vocational teachers as part of the DTHWS project.

The workshop aimed at giving the vocational teachers at the project locations a better understanding of the handout and the organization of the schedule of the partial qualification and at coaching them in the usage of the schedule folder. The workshop has been performed together with bfz Mid-West Franconia.

On the first day of the workshop, the participants were briefly introduced into the topics of qualification, total-quality-management and action-oriented education. Subsequently, the handouts have been explained to the vocational teachers, the meaning of safety at the construction site has been pointed out and the schedule folder has been presented as part of the partial qualification. In the end, the participants collected ideas concerning the realization of the first three field of competence of the handout.

On the second day of the workshop, the participants were separated into three groups after a short repetition of the topics of the first day of the workshop. Within their groups, the participants developed a project task for the schedule folder for the educational directions of masons, tilers, carpenters and installation mechanics. Furthermore, specific examples within the learning material of the named educations have been discussed.
